		<description>I have been working out with Al for the past 5 months and he introduced the kettle bell to me. It adds a lot of variety to a work out and targets muscles in a different way. Sometimes, an entire session with Al will be all kettle bell and it never seems to get old. Al has so many tricks up his sleeve!</description>
