A hands-free headstand is an advanced posture and should probably not be attempted by someone until they&#039;ve gotten very comfortable with other styles of headstands first.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;As far as the risk/benefit question goes, that is up to the individual to decide for themselves.  &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;This is a good opportunity for me to mention that if you try any of this stuff on your own, you are doing so at your own risk.</description>
