Thank you for reading, sharing and supporting We’re Working Out! From strength training with water jugs to choosing the right running shoe, I have had the pleasure of exploring many topics in the world of fitness since starting this blog last October.

Like all aspects of my life, fitness is an ongoing journey and I’ve only scratched the surface. I have much more to say about working out and I hope you do as well.

10. Water Jug Workout – One of many ways to get a great workout without lots of fancy equipment.
9. Client Spotlight: Emma Robinson – The client spotlight section of this site is one of the most popular features. I think people liked this particular one because it’s fun to see me get schooled by a woman.
8. Planche Training – This exercise is very challenging; it continues to keep me humble and focused.
7. Dead-hang Pull-ups w/Danny Kavadlo – A lot of people didn’t know about my brother Danny until I posted this. That’s right, there’s two of us.
6. Australian Pull-ups – Everyone loves the Australian Pull-up!
5. Are You Really Running on that Treadmill? – Hopefully you’re not kidding yourself about what it really means to be a runner.
4. Body-weight Training: All You Need is You – One of my first blog posts. This is the one that started it all!
3. The Devil Wears Nike – Nike is pure evil. ‘Nuff said.
