A Year of “We’re Working Out!”

October 2010 marks the one year anniversary of AlKavadlo.com. My blog has grown a lot over the last 12 months and so have I. Thanks to everyone who’s been supportive, followed this blog and left comments.

This blog is as much for you as it is for me so please continue to tell me what you like and don’t like, as well as what you want to see here in the future.

In order to commemorate this milestone, I put together a video montage featuring some of my favorite moments, along with outtakes and other never-before-seen footage. Enjoy!

      Jim, the music in this clip is the same as the music in the intro to my other recent videos. I just used the whole song instead of only the first 15 seconds.

      Al, really sorry I missed this…India was calling. FYI, It’s been a great 5 months with lots of success. BA (before Al) I could not do a chin up, 25 pushups, 3 un-assisted sets of Australian pull ups, an unassisted pull up bar dip or many, many other things…Now, I can and you make it fun… Thanks man and congrats on what I think was one hell of a successful year….
