Just found the site- love it. Question- how many tattoos do I need to do these exercises and will I need to shave my head? Kidding- but great site. Any plans to make an app with workouts?

    Thanks, Sean! No tats required!

Is it hard for Danny to keep a straight face when you always have that s#!7-eating grin?

  • Leo

    Hey Sean and Al,

Got my first tat a few weeks ago, I’m almost 58 but I feel like a 22 year old. BTW my head is pretty near shaved, I like the stubble feel.
Al, love you great videos, you’re an inspiration…

    Thanks,

    Leo

Hey Al, I’m waiting for the book to arrive. Currently I’m progressing and following one of the programs in Convict Conditioning. How would you say Pushing the Limits differs from it? By the way, the design of your book is clear and bright. Cheers!

  • Matias Page

Please ignore my question regarding CC. I just read your reply to a nearly identical question in the Pushing the Limits ebook post… Thanks again!

  • http://www.AlKavadlo.com/ Al Kavadlo

No prob – glad you were able to find the answer to your question. :)

  • dhairya

HI Al, I watched your recent video about handstand.

The first step to learn this is to do hand stand with support to head. I feel pressure on my head but I can do frog stand for 20 sec and working progressively on it. Can i skip first step or any idea to make my head strong??

  • http://www.AlKavadlo.com/ Al Kavadlo

It’s just a suggested progression. Use whichever path works best for you. Also, you may want to place a towel or other soft object under your head when first learning a headstand.

  • dhairya

    Thankyou v.much

  • Starpool

This may sound strange, and of course I have no way of knowing if it applies to you, but people who were born prematurely cannot stand any pressure on the top of their heads. Anyway, whether you were a premature baby or not, my advice would be to avoid doing headstands if you can’t stand the pressure on your head.

  • RobbyTaylor

That’s a generalization; I was born 6 weeks prematurely and I don’t have a problem with pressure on my head. There are many possible reasons for this; typically, though, I believe it can be resolved with proper conditioning. I originally found it discomforting to do wrestler’s bridges on hardwood, tile, or concrete, but now it’s not a problem at all.
