Al Kavadlo/We’re Working Out! T-shirts are now available for purchase!

The T-shirt features a rendering of the cover of my book, We’re Working Out! A Zen Approach to Everyday Fitness, and is available in grey or white.

If you are a fan of this blog, the best way to show your support is by purchasing a shirt!

Wearing this shirt is the next best thing to having me there with you while you work out!

Shirts are available in Men’s sizes
S – XXXL and Ladies’ sizes S – XL.

Al Kavadlo/We’re Working Out! T-shirts cost $20 each plus $4.95 for shipping and processing in the US. Shipping and processing for International orders is $7.95.

To order your shirt, just e-mail me at WorkingOut@AlKavadlo.com and let me know if you’d prefer to pay by credit card or check. For credit card orders, I use paypal. If you prefer to pay by check, I will reply with the address where you can send your payment.

    Hopefully anyone who gets a shirt is already doing the push-ups. You can do 25 extra when you get your shirt though so you really feel like you earned it!
